I wanted to take a minute and wish all of you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Thank you all for giving me the opportunity to capture your memories this year. I have grown so much and loved every minute of it. I look forward to more in 2010. So, for now, I leave you with a picture of my two--the ones who ignited my passion for photography and capturing precious moments in the first place. Happy Holidays to you all! See you in January!

Amelie
I don't think I could possibly have been more excited to hear of Amelie's arrival! Since I met her parents in October for their maternity shoot, I was anxiously awaiting the news. And meeting up with them was just what I needed to finish out the holiday photo season. It was nice to have a session that was slow paced, just like a newborn should be. Amelie was just as beautiful as I envisioned her to be and I enjoyed every minute of this session. Congratulations, Thao & Pete!

Hilfer Family
This session not only allowed me the chance to photograph a picture perfect family, but also to meet up with some good friends who I hadn't seen in far too long! We snuck in a quick session last weekend and I loved every minute of it, for all sorts of reasons! I couldn't believe how much Vivi has grown since I last saw her, and especially since I took her one year portraits at the first of this year. She has grown into quite the little lady! What a beautiful family!

Sanders Family
Here is another family you may recognize here on the blog since I have been lucky enough to photograph them a few times since this time last year. Mother Nature was not being very nice to us the weekend we had scheduled, and was even looking threatening for the day we rescheduled for. But we caught a break and got some great shots, even with a gray sky. Because no matter what the weather looks like, this family always takes a great picture!
